G. & A. CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. is a technical construction company specialized in the development and construction of high quality residential and industrial buildings, as well as of Hotel Spa areas, following and supporting the trends of contemporary Architecture and implementing innovative renewable and environmental friendly technologies.

Our company has been active in the field of building construction since 1978 under the management of founder Civil Engineer Anastasios Gkionis. Many construction projects of Greek and foreign investors have been accomplished and commissioned during the past four decades in Athens and in the Greek province, for the purpose of real estate development and residential property.

In 2004, civil engineer Georgios Gκionis, joined the company after years of experience in construction of building and industrial installations of Athens Biological Sewage Treatment Plant and since then he has been active in the field of construction management of private residential and industrial buildings. In 2007 where the collaboration under the current company’s name is established, well-experienced civil engineer Christos Alexopoulos joined the company. Finally, since 2014, our company has been active in the field of development of Hotel Spa areas and established by experienced and dedicated people to cover the needs and serve the luxury SPA sector.
